What data we collect
- Online booking (when enabled): name, email, phone, slot selection and payment data processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers on our server).
- Technical data: browser type, approximate location and logs may be processed by our hosting or analytics tools if configured.
Why we use it
To respond to enquiries, confirm bookings, take payment, operate safely at sea, meet legal obligations and improve our service.
Legal basis (GDPR)
Processing is based on contract (bookings), legitimate interests (responding to requests, site security) or consent where required (e.g. marketing — only if you opt in).
Cookies, advertising & embedded content
