We aim to keep descriptions, prices and durations on this website accurate and up to date. Activities depend on weather, sea conditions, equipment availability and safety decisions made on site. Minor differences between what you see online and your actual session may occur.
Bookings & payments
The Book online flow may include payment via Stripe and calendar scheduling where our server and integrations are configured. By proceeding with a paid booking you agree to pay according to the checkout summary and to provide truthful contact details.
Safety & participation
Watersports involve inherent risks. You must follow crew instructions, wear provided safety equipment and declare relevant medical conditions. We may refuse or stop an activity if safety requires it. Minimum ages or ratios (e.g. child with adult) apply per activity as communicated when you book or on site.
Payments & cancellations
Card payments are processed by Stripe; cash/card-on-arrival options are described in the booking flow. Cancellation and refund rules follow what you agree to at checkout or what we confirm by email/WhatsApp. Chargebacks should first be discussed with us using your booking reference.
Intellectual property
Text, logos, photos and layout on this site belong to Aris Water Sports or its licensors unless stated. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.
Privacy
Personal data you send us is processed as described in our Privacy policy and Cookie policy.

Law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Greek law. For disputes arising from use of this website or related bookings, the courts of Heraklion, Crete, Greece shall have jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable consumer law.
